From an existing house it is considered that the most important to maintain are the views towards the Mediterranean and outer space. It is proposed to open the entire facade of the apartment in the public area – living, dining, kitchen – and protect it from the sun with an outer pergola that establishes the transition between outer space and interior space. This action allows a redistribution of the spaces privileging the interior views.
