The project is located in a small plot urbanization with a turn in the rear façade.

The proposal tries from the very beginning to ensure that the house enjoys the views of the beach but achieves a certain privacy. A closed and massive upper volume open to the southwest orientation allows you to take advantage of the views of the Dalt Vila and Ibiza and protect yourself from views in the other directions. In addition, in the rear elevation, a break is generated in the ground floor that is related to the one that presents the plot serving this gesture of access to the dwelling.

In the ground floor there is an open and transparent element that allows cross ventilation. This level is situated as a podium to enjoy the views and breezes of the place. The swimming pool and the terraces are an extension of the interior space.
